Lift Much?
I've been reading some articles recently about raising your squat max. What I have found is quite impressive. I have encountered many people that believe you should go up in weight every time you go to the gym. They believe your body will be stronger every time you come into the gym. I read this Russian journal on planning a weightlifting program, and I plan to incorporate this into my next workout plan. One cool thing that the article pointed out was that you should work out on alternate days and that you should workout out using the same weight for a while and then make a significant jump. Working out with the same weight increases stamina, and when you jump up to a higher weight, you will be able to acclimate.
