Your Shoes! Your Shoes!


Your shoes are an essential part of your workout routine. Often neglected, what you put on feet can have a significant impact on how your workout will turn out. You should always wear shoes that pertain to the exercises that you will be doing. When squatting or doing a deadlift, I prefer shoes that are even on the ground. When I am running, I prefer flexible shoes that can provide ventilation for my feet.  Your shoes are important because if your feet are not supported, it can cause pain that runs up through your body. First, your feet hurt, then your knees, next your lower back, and soon your whole body is tight. Take the to make sure you work out in the right shoes. Comment below your favorite shoes to wear.
