No Pain No Gain
Yesterday someone asked me a great question. 'If you are not sore after you work out, did you even work hard?" I thought this was a great question because I love explaining this common problem for people. Working out should equate pain. Of course, you may feel sore after a workout sometimes. However, being sore does not mean you exercised effectively. When you work out, you can leave the gym feeling refreshed. Everything doesn't have to be painful. Remember, just because you don't feel a sock monkey after your workout, doesn't mean you didn't work hard.
